Pizza

Ingredients

200g lightly seeded bread mix OR 175g soft brown mix
1 teaspoon dry yeast
2 teaspoons oil
220ml hot water (bath temperature)

Instructions

Prepare pizza tin by lining bottom with baking paper.

Place dry ingredients in a bowl and add water.  Stir vigorously for around 30 seconds until you have a stretchy batter.  Spoon onto your prepared tin and spread out to the edges using a spoon or knife.

Leave dough to rise in a warm place until visibly risen.  Meanwhile, preheat oven to 200oC

Cook for 10 minutes then either leave to cool until ready to use, or use immediately

Top with desired toppings then cook for around 15 minutes
